Help with a booking
For an existing ticket purchase, use the support instructions in your tickadoo booking confirmation. Include your booking reference with the support team, but do not post payment details or sensitive personal information in a public correction request.
Partnership enquiries
For a commercial enquiry, identify the organisation and the proposal clearly. Editorial corrections do not depend on a commercial relationship.
